Here’s what you need to know about our meet at Taylor Village on Saturday:

Address: 8010 Village Crest Drive, Ellicott City, MD 21043.

When is the meet?: This Saturday, July 1st

What time do we have to be there?:

8:15 am - Arrive at Taylor Village no later than 8:15 am. Bluefins warm up at 8:30 am. We only get about 15 minutes for warm-ups. Be sure your swimmer is at the pool on time. There will be no other opportunity for warm-ups once they are done.

9:00 am - Meet starts, it’s over once all the events have been completed.

What events is my swimmer in?:  See attached entry forms. Reminder: While signing up for the meet, many people added their preferences. Ultimately it is the decision of the coaches to enter swimmers in the events where they need your swimmers.

JOBS:

Way to go! Jobs are FILLED! Reminder: If you are signed up for a job in the 2nd half, please note that jobs switch after all the backstroke events are completed. There is no way to know what time that will be so please be sure to arrive with enough time for the volunteers to switch.

“Your families should also bring pop-up tents. We do have some areas with shade but the tents are really helpful.

Concessions

We will offer a full concession stand with taco in a bag (vegetarian option), drinks, and other items so definitely bring cash! We also have a Venmo account.

Parking

We will reserve the lots closest to the pool for your team. We do reserve the closest spot for the paid official, but your team can park in the lot near the pool and at Children of America. Our team will be directed to park across the street.”
