Important Information!

• Meet and job signups will open 2 weeks before each event.
• You must sign your child up for each swim meet no later than 11:59 PM the Wednesday before each meet.
• If you do not sign your child up by 11:59 PM Wednesday before the meets, we will assume they are NOT swimming and they will not be put in the meet lineup.
• If your child is swimming in the meet, at least one parent must sign up to volunteer.
• Meets are run strictly by volunteers so volunteering is mandatory.
• If you do not sign up for a job by 9 AM Friday before the meet, a job will be assigned to you.

How to Signup

• Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
• If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset.
• Under the Meets & Events tab select "Signup Calendar" to sign up for a swim meet and jobs.

Job Signup

• Click the green JOB SIGNUP tab and sign up for volunteer shifts (note: one parent may sign in both parents to save time, scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click Back to Signup Calendar.

Swimmer Signup

• Click the green MEET ENTRY tab, and then click the blue Edit tab under your swimmers' names.
• For each of your swimmers, select an option from the drop down list next to their names.
  • Attending this meet
  • Not attending this meet
• For each swimmer attending the meet, select up to 4 individual events they would like to swim.
  • Coaches will have the final decision on which events your swimmer does.
• Mark relay availability by selecting an option from the drop down list next to "Is NAME available to swim in relays?".
  • Available for all relays
  • Not available for any relays
• Leave any notes for the coach. Examples include:
  • Please don't put swimmer in butterfly.
  • Swimmer will be late for warm ups.
  • Swimmer will have to leave early, can't do breaststroke. 
• Click Save to record your choices.
