WVP vs. Taylor Village

WAY TO GO to all our Bluefins! They did an awesome job at the meet yesterday! Once again the meet went in our favor and we won! We also had one new Straehle qualifier! Ribbons were awarded for anyone who placed 1st through 8th place and did not DQ. The ribbons should be available starting tomorrow during practices in the Bluefin mailbox.

THIS WEEK- morning practices continue. Tuesday is the 4th of July and there will be practice that morning. Wear your Red, White, and Blue to the pool! There will be no practice on Wednesday, June 5th to allow the Bluefin families and coaches the morning to recover after a night of fireworks and fun. Since there is no practice on Wed, please log in and sign up for our home meet today! Check the jobs as we have added our concessions sign-up as well.

REMINDER: Practice and Meets are “rain or shine.” As long as there is no lightning or thunder in the area, the kids will be in the pool. If there is a change in the schedule due to weather, we will do our best to send out a notice via SwimTopia/email as soon as possible. There is also a Bluefins Facebook page if you’d like to get/share other information.

Lastly- There have been a few questions about Fundraising, Swim Buddies, and Potlucks. We have some awesome swim moms who have taken over these committees. Please contact them directly if you have questions or would like to help in some way.
