Hello Bluefins,

It's that time of year again! Registration for the 2025 Woodbridge Valley Bluefins Swim Season is now OPEN! You can find everything you need to know about the swim team on our Swimtopia site: https://wvbluefins.swimtopia.com. Please note: the website will be updated as we get information. Please feel free to reach out with specific questions.

The following are the team fees for the 2025 Bluefin season. They include a team swim cap for swimmers who did receive one in 2024, AAU insurance, CMSL league fees, and all dual meets* this season. Note: There is also an additional $3.00 surcharge per swimmer for our meet software.

• First swimmer: $125.00
• Second swimmer: $110.00
• Third swimmer: $95.00
• Each additional swimmer is $50.00, not to exceed $430.

*Divisional Championships and invitational meets (Straehle, novice meet) have additional fees.

Fees can be paid with a check made out to Woodbridge Valley Pool (put "Swim Team Registration" and your swimmer’s name on the memo line) or with a credit card right on the registration page (with a small convenience charge).

SAVE THE DATES:Practices will begin onTuesday, May 27th (first Tuesday after Memorial Day). See the website for tentative practice times. Any changes will be shared with everyone as soon as they are set.

This year Woodbridge Valley is in Division 6 and the schedule is as follows (novice meet TBD):

• June 14th - Time Trials @ HOME
• June 21th - HOME vs. Westminster Riding Club
• June 28th - HOME vs. Two Rivers
• July 5th - Away @ Freedom
• July 12th - Away @ Atholton
• July 19nd - HOME vs. Springdale
• July 26th - Divisional Champs @ Springdale
• July 26th - End of Season Celebration @ WVP (Rain Date: July 27th)

TEAM SUITS: Team suits for the 2025 season (same as last year) are available now at Cy’s Swim & Tuxedos in Catonsville. Support local businesses and stop by to get your swimmer fitted!

WE NEED YOU! And, last but not least, Swim Team Committees. Besides working the required number of jobs as a part of your swim team commitment, there are a few other jobs that could use some extra help. We've created a signup on Swimtopia to collect contact information for adults who are interested in helping with specific committees this season. If we could get 2-3 adults to help out with these committees/events, we will have an awesome season!
